All our activities are subject to the “General conditions and rules for Dutch Shipbrokers and Agents 2009, including the TAMARA arbitration clause, which are deposited at the Court Registry of the District Court of Rotterdam. In accordance with Article 2 of these conditions, all our activities that generally do not come within the scope of the work of a ‘Cargadoor’ (shipbroker and agent) in the strict sense of the word, shall also be subject to the conditions that are customary in the branch of trade concerned or that have been registered and/or laid down by the organisation of that branch of trade. If there is any doubt regarding the applicable conditions, the decision of Noordriver Shipping BV is binding. Unless agreed to the contrary in writing, Noordriver Shipping BV act only as agents on behalf and for the account of our principal.
